Interestingly the scheduled production date for this ‘Cuda was November 5th 1969. However the engine was assembled on the 10th of November and the gearbox on the 11th of November, so it missed it's scheduled date. This sometimes happened if there was a problem with a particular car or production problems at the assembly line. This ‘Cuda has been cosmetically restored but remains remarkably original having covered less than 60,000 miles from new. It retains it's matching numbers engine and gearbox and correct rear axle. Chrysler produced close to 50,000 Barracudas for 1970 of which 1755 were 440 6 barrel ‘Cudas
Second only to the mighty Hemi the 440 6 barrel was a true factory muscle car.
